BankMuscat opened a commercial banking branch in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) in April
2007, thus becoming the first bank from the Sultanate of Oman to have a full-fledged
branch in Saudi Arabia.

addition to the international network of BankMuscat. The bank has the distinction

UAE Representative Office was established in Dubai in 1996 as BankMuscat’s marketing
arm in the UAE. The Representative Office sources syndicated loans, trade finance
transactions, NRI business for Oman and other branches/ associates of the bank and
supports Asset Management business through BankMuscat staff posted there, targeting

BankMuscat holds a stake in Silkbank Limited, Pakistan (renamed from Saudi Pak Commercial
Bank). The Bank was set up in the year 2001 as a conventional commercial Bank. Silkbank
